Yoga Teacher
Amber was introduced to yoga in college two decades ago but did not maintain a consistent practice. Recently, she has relied on yoga more often and started on a journey to help deepen her practice. She became a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor (500RYT) and continues to learn and grow from her practice daily. As we all know, life can be joyful and challenging, and using yoga off the mat has helped Amber learn to remain present in each moment. Learning from amazing instructors at various studios has helped her personal yoga practice evolve.
Amber teaches many styles of yoga and breathwork, which has expanded her practice in unimaginable ways and hopefully, in turn, helps others as well.
Amber is a certified Level 2 Sound Healer. Sound Experiences are offered upon request or in conjunction with sessions. Let the sound surround you and create positive energy in your body.
Amber is certified in Mindful Eating, Children's Yoga, IET, Reiki
Amber has a BA in Psychology, Masters in Special Education, and Supervisor’s Certification in Education. During the day, she is one of the lucky ones who enjoys teaching middle school students and evenings spending time with her husband and three children.
Amber’s playful approach to life and yoga helps her teach different levels of the practice and make a connection with others.

Yoga Teacher & Founder
Joanne's passion and gratitude for this practice is unmeasurable. Joanne lives in Ramsey where she raised her family on East Crescent Avenue for the past 29years. This is where the name for the studio comes from. Community is very important to Joanne.Growing up as an athlete Joanne's self care was geared towards running and high intensity exercise. Moving her body was always her go to to calm her anxiety and help with her depression which she has always suffered with. Sitting still was never an option. As life went on and "got lifey" her anxiety and depression led her down the path to alcoholism. In recovery for the past 12years which she credits a great deal of to yoga. Joanne found her mat through her recovery group and was hooked. She started taking classes regularly at a local studio and started to notice the chatter in her head quieted for the hour she spent on her mat. She knew there was magic in this practice. Listening to her inner voice Joanne enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training at Flow Yoga in HoHoKus with her teacher Erica Stanzione. She received her 200hr RYT IN 2021. She then received her 300 RYT also through Flow Yoga soon after. Joanne's classes are led with heart, mindfulness and always reminding her students to listen to your body, how does your body want to move, what feels good?, what does not? Always a great playlist created for the sequence in class. Joanne wants her students to experience the magic she found herself on her mat. Get lost in your breath and movement. Yoga is so much more than the poses. It is a healing modality from the inside out. Aside from the studio Joanne also teaches yoga and mindfulness at High Focus Centers . An outpatient facility for adults and children suffering from mental illness and addiction in Paramus.
This is her why . Why open up a Yoga Studio. She opened Crescent Moon Yoga & Wellness to share what she has experienced through this practice, and to give back to her community. Joanne values being able to sit, to just be.
Joanne also is a certified Sound Healer, Integrated Energy Healer and Level Two Reiki Practitioner. Her thanks and gratitude for these gifts is credited to Toni Chianetta of Sanctuary Den..her "fairy godmother" Rieki is always being used in her classes whether infusing the room and/or hands on.
When not teaching you can find Joanne playing with her two Bulldogs. Her other passion.

Yoga Teacher
Mary Rose’s love for yoga began in 2010, with a vinyasa class at her gym. She’d been searching for something that might save her from the treadmill, and Yoga exceeded all her expectations. As she’d hoped, Yoga built strength, created more flexibility, and was fun! As a bonus, it even resolved back and knee pain. But it wasn’t long before she realized the true gifts of yoga were other than the physical. She felt herself transform from the INSIDE, becoming more centered, less stressed, experiencing more peace, equanimity, and joy.
Excited to share her love of the life-changing wisdom of yoga, Mary Rose completed her 200hr RYT Certification, at Yoga Alchemy, with Ben Wisch and Denise DeLuca in 2020.
Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, are among her additional certifications, as she works towards her 500hr RYT Certification, which she expects to complete in 2025.
Mary Rose is a Tarot Card Reader and Certified Sound Healer, attuned in Reiki, and IET. She also teaches a course in Intuition Development, while learning the Tarot system.
An Intuitive Healer and Empowerment Coach, Mary Rose is passionate about finding fun and creative ways to assist others in connecting with their own wisdom within, to create the life experience that aligns with their deepest desires.

Danielle is married with three crazy beautiful daughters, and her family has been a huge inspiration for her yoga journey. Her practice began in 2013, and from that moment on, yoga has always been a safe place for her to ground herself, catch a breath, and relieve anxiety.
In 2018, after having a second daughter, the need and pull for something more than just taking yoga classes while being a mom of two was strong for Danielle. She went on to complete her 200-hour Vinyasa certification, led by the inspirational Erica Stanzione at Flow Yoga Studio in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ.
In April 2024, Danielle expanded her knowledge and love of the practice by completing her 300-hour certification, making her a 500 RYT.
Today, Danielle thrives to share this amazing opportunity with others. Whether it be to help guide them to a deeper understanding of the practice, or to assist as they go through this amazing journey of life.
Danielle also has a connection with healing and has her Reiki Level 2 certification led by the lovely Toni Chianetta.

Melinda began her yoga journey in 2012 when she attended her first class at the Orange County YMCA in Monroe, New York. As an avid runner at the time, Melinda thought yoga was all about stretching and decided to take a class to compliment her training. What she was not expecting was the sense of freedom she experienced while flowing on her mat. She realized she opened the door to something very special and was guided to the class for a reason. There was an immediate connection to the practice as she felt her anxiety and depression melt away with every deep and transformative breath. Yoga became a safe space for her to break open, let go, and clear a pathway for healing to discover her inner light. As she continued on this pathway, Melinda knew she wanted to share this magical practice of healing and self-discovery with others.
Melinda completed her 200 RYT certification at Sol Full Yoga in May 2018 and completed a hands-on-assists mentorship with the inspirational Erica Stanzione in February 2020. Always a student, Melinda continues to seek opportunities to learn and evolve as a teacher. Her classes are designed with the intention to root you in the present moment through linking breath and movement. Expect a strong and creative sequence for all levels with lots opportunities to grow and deepen the connection to your true self. Melinda is forever grateful for the practice of yoga and all of its life-long lessons. She lives in Suffern, NY with her husband, Matt, and fur baby Sasha.
