Everything you want to know about starting yoga

  • We recommend starting with our Slow Restorative Flow or Beginner classes. Our instructors are experienced in guiding beginners and offer personalized attention to help you feel supported. Try setting your mat up in the middle of the room so you can follow along easily. With time, the postures and flow will start to feel more natural.

    Class Schedule

  • Absolutely! Flexibility is not a requirement to begin, it's something you'll build over time. If you're feeling intimidated (which is totally normal!), consider starting with our Slow Restorative Flow or Beginner classes. Many new students also opt for a private session to address their unique needs and gain confidence before joining group classes—just ask us about it! Our knowledgeable teachers will help you find variations that work for your body.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most students wear athletic leggings or shorts with breathable tops. Layers are helpful too, your body temperature may rise during movement and drop during final relaxation.

  • We’ve got you covered! Mats and props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps) are available at no charge. You're always welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • Yes! Here are a few simple guidelines to keep the space peaceful and welcoming:

    • Please remove your shoes when entering the studio.

    • Silence your phone and store it with your belongings in the cubbies.

    • Feel free to relax and chat in the lounge, but keep the practice room quiet—many students like to unwind or meditate before class begins.

    • For safety, our doors are locked at the start of class. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
