Located in the heart of Mahwah, NJ, you'll find Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Beginner, and Kids Yoga, plus weekly Sound Healings and Reiki-infused sessions for trauma, addiction, and recovery. Reiki, tarot readings, and private sessions are also available for deeper support.

With a cozy lounge, warm tea, and a heart-centered community, it’s a place to feel grounded, supported, and inspired.
